Cooper’s Automotive did an amazing job taking care of my car. It needed a lot of work & they were so communicative, professional, friendly, prompt, & accommodating throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the problem, set clear expectations & completed the job quickly & even sooner than initially quoted upon my request, which I was so grateful for. Their expertise & experience is clear - I felt like I was in great hands & now my car is running so smoothly. I will no doubt be using them exclusively for all of my car needs! Thank you so much for such a positive experience & excellent job on my car!!

Coopers Automotive is the place to go if you are having car troubles. Their mechanic went for a drive with us when they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and through conversation during the drive he was able to deduce what the issue was. This auto shop is responsive, polite, and genuinely cares about its customers. I would recommend Coopers Automotive for all of your cars needs!

I had a fantastic experience with Coopers Automotive! Their service was incredibly quick, and they kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. The clear communication helped me understand the repairs needed, and I felt like my car (and wallet!) were in good hands. They were able to repair my car in a day, and even offered to stay past closing to make sure that I would have my car in time for the weekend. Overall, I feel that the staff went above and beyond to provide great service, and as a result, mar a customer for life out of me. I'll definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs!

I would like to give a BIG shout-out to the team at Cooper Automotive in Lafayette...especially Steven and Max! For an industry that relies on good customer service and quality work...these guys exceeded my expectations. I took my Jeep Compass into them in November. I had an extreme urgency due to my bumper-to-bumper warranty from the dealership expiring very soon. Both Steven and Max were diligent in helping me diagnose the issue. They were caring of my concern and their customer support was exceptional! It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much. Cooper (Eagle) Automotive have been taking care of my cars for years; recently I brought it in for a burning smell. They went over the whole car to check for leaks and anything amiss. They have always treated me well, explained what was going on, charged reasonable prices for the work they do.. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I’m perfectly satisfied with my experience here. The report and service provided was perfect. It was very detailed, educating and professional. The service report is equipped with pictures and an explanation for exactly what was going on, what they did to fix it and why. On top of their fair pricing. This spot is unbeatable. I’ve used this mechanic since I first started driving, they are probably the nicest mechanics I have encountered. They really strive to make sure that their customers are taken care of and they leave happy; plus their pricing is very fair. Cars are expensive but I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of at the checkout counter, I cannot recommend them enough. My car went in for routine maintenance at the 60k miles and they found an unexpected problem and they fixed it for me free of charge, they really are the nicest people.
